The Gastronomic Confraternity of Arroz de Sarrabulho à Moda de Ponte de Lima is the official body that represents, promotes and defends the most emblematic dish of Ponte de Lima gastronomy.
The Confraternity has driven the European recognition of the dish as a Traditional Speciality Guaranteed, a journey begun in 2007 and completed on 14 January 2025 with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/98.
Defend the recipe and the preparation method passed down through generations.
Coordinate the certification of restaurants that meet the TSG Specifications.
Promote the dish in Portugal and abroad through gastronomic events.
Elevate Arroz de Sarrabulho à Moda de Ponte de Lima to the status it deserves.
